My name is Andy Martin and this is my personal space on the web.

Pictures from my friend Tony's wedding Day are available and there are some photos of his stag night too.
My brother was in South East Asia leading overland expeditions with Exodus. He has also travelled through Europe, Asia and Southern Africa and lived in Australia and Hong Kong. Occasionally he has Internet access so I created this page for and about him!

Photography - I am a keen amateur and generally shoot 35mm prints with a Minolta autofocus SLR camera. I have started a photo gallery and am now working on a new travel photography web site. All photographs currently on my WWW pages have been taken by me unless otherwise stated.
Adventure Sports - I love the challenge and adrenalin rush of more adventurous activities; I have tried Bungee Jumping (from a crane, several bridges, a cable car, a dam and a helicopter), Skydiving, Parachuting, Flying, Gliding, Heli-Body Flying and Hot Air Ballooning. I am actively involved with the Dangerless Aerial Sports Club which was set up by some crazy friends of mine! I also love most things to do with aviation or speed; I have enjoyed several helecopter flights and a ride in a jet boat. I have a particular interest in Concorde which I flew on in 2003 and have set up my own small web site of Concorde photos I have taken.
Animals - I love looking after and being around animals. This was the most recent feline member of my family.. I also recently looked after an escaped pet rabbit for a while before finding it a new home.

I love to travel whenever possible (especially by train) and in the last few years I have been lucky enough to go on a few interesting trips :-

1999	London - Kuala Lumpur (by train and ferry to) Penang - Hong Kong (by sea to) Macau - London
2000	Around the world (including the Sydney Olympics and across Australia by train (Indian Pacific)) London - Singapore - Bangkok - Phuket - Perth (by train to) Sydney - Aukland - Cook Islands - French Polynesia - Los Angeles - London
2003	Around Northern Italy by train (including San Mariano and Vatican City) Bologna - Rimini (by bus to) San Marino - Florence - Pisa - Rome (+ Vatican City)
	Around Central Europe by train Prague - Bratislava - Budapest - Vienna - Prague
	Iceland and Greenland (including a helicopter landing on a glacier) by air
	London to New York first class and return via Concorde

Altogether, I have visited Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Mongolia, Morocco, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, USA, Vatican City (and also travelled through Belarus).
