Verzasca, Switzerland
This bungy site is based on a 220m high dam. The jump was seen in the opening
sequence of the film 'Goldeneye' when James Bond apparently jumped down the
side of the dam in Russia. In reality, the dam is in Switzerland and the
setup is a lot safer and more sophisticated than shown in the film but it is
still an amazing jump, with a very long drop of nearly 7 seconds past an
enormous wall of concrete!
